– First concept deadline July 10th
- All concept speaker names can be changed later.

- Title of presentation/abstract, function, organisation of the speaker(s)
- Timeline of the program
- If possible, a short description of the given presentation (max 2-4 sentences per session)
– Second deadline August 1th
- Inform us of all changes, but a near-complete concept to be published on the website.
– Programme ready before August 20th.
- The program is final and ready to be published, communicated and printed for the program book; minor changes are still possible online.
Remember: The scientific program of the integrated/diagnostic sponsored sessions, workshops/pipeline session must be approved by the executive committee. Since the integrated sessions, workshops and symposia form an integral part of the scientific program they must conform to the norms and practices of scientific meetings. This includes full disclosure of any activities and commitments that may be considered to represent a potential conflict of interest.
When a speaker already designated to participate in the TIMM12 program is invited, the responsibility for covering all associated conference fees will be transferred to the sponsor. This includes the obligations for the speaker’s honorarium (travel tba), accommodations, and registration fees. The sponsor can use their complimentary registrations (per 15.000 EUR 2 complimentary registrations) to invite this speaker or booth crew free of charge.
Technical Rehearsal
– Possible on Thursday between 3:00 – 6:00 PM, please organize a timeslot with the organization.
– Possible on the conference days during non-program moments, please organize a timeslot with the organisation.
Video of your sessions:
If your sponsored symposium takes place in the plenary room, it will automatically be recorded, livestreamed and published within a secure environment for the upcoming six months. After these six months, the video will no longer be available.
