We have a local provider who is helping us facilitate furniture on-site. Please find attached the prospectus with an overview of the items available. Our contact person is Mercedes, and she will help you with the necessary items for your stand. Invoices/requests for these items will be directly forwarded to you from Octopus. ( ml@octopusevents.es ) You can reach out to inform her that you will be joining the TIMM meeting; she will be aware of this. Please note that before we proceed with the items, we will need a signed contract. We will inform Octopus Events about your participation and your designated stand number.
It is not a must to have Octopus Events facilitate your furniture on-site, you are welcome to arrange everything regarding booth furniture yourself.
