Thank you very much for your contribution as a sponsor to the TIMM-12 conference. On this page, you will find all useful information regarding your sponsor symposium. If you have any questions, please contact timm@congresscare.com. This information is only relevant if you are a TIMM-12 sponsor who has an Integrated/diagnostic sponsored symposium or the pipeline session within their sponsorpackage. If this is not the case, please contact us for all the Sponsor options.

Congress app [applicable for all companies]

    Company introduction 500 words
    Company banner/logo 400px x 600px png. or jpeg.
    Link to company website

E-blast: dedicated emailing [only applicable if ordered in the sponsor package]

Please deliver the following items 1 week before the preferred date of sending the e-mail blast:
    Mail format in HTML in a .ZIP folder
    Title of the mailing
    Send the images (as additional, so we can check if they are published correctly) within this mailing separately in png. or jpeg.

Insert in Congress bag [only applicable if ordered in the sponsor package]

The format for the leaflet, brochure, or invitation is (length) 20cm x (width) 11cm, the same as the program advertisements, but including an A5 or A4 flyer is also acceptable.
