Instructions for Speakers

First of all, many thanks for your commitment to contribute to TIMM-12!

On this page, you will find all the practical information you need as a speaker for TIMM2025.
If there are any changes, this page will be updated, so we kindly encourage you to check it on a regular basis.

All speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation slides (in .pptx format) to the Speaker Slide Center (SALA 1A) at TIMM-12. Please make sure to do this at least 2 hours before your session begins.

In addition to on-site submission, slides can also be uploaded in advance via the Nirestream digital platform. This option allows for smoother preparation and ensures your presentation is ready on time (mail from: support@nirestream.com). Uploading your slides in advance helps us ensure a smooth flow of the programme and prevents technical issues on the day of your talk. Click the link in the earlier email and follow the instructions to upload your presentation file. If you haven’t received the email or have any questions, please contact us at timm@congresscare.com.
