Welcome reception

Join us on Friday 19 Septemer at 19:00-20:00 at the Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall, for the Welcome reception (accessible for all delegates and exhibitors).
Congress dinner
We are pleased to announce the congres dinner will take place at the Guggenheim Museum on Sunday 21 September. Located in the middle of Bilbao, a perfect place to have a great evening with your colleagues. Dinner tickets are available at the price of € 70,- incl. 21% VAT.

How can you reach the Guggenheim Museum? It’s very easy to get there by Eusko Tram or on foot. TIMM delegates can travel for free by simply showing their name badge. The congress venue, Euskalduna, has its own stop. Just take the tram to the Guggenheim, which is only one stop away, highlighting how close the museum is to the congress venue.
