Welcome reception
Join us for an evening of networking, refreshments, and entertainment as we kick off this exciting event. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow delegates, exchange ideas, and start the congress on a high note.
Join us on Friday 19 Septemer at 19:00-20:00 at the Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall, for the Welcome reception (accessible for all delegates and exhibitors).
YECMM dinner party
We are pleased to announce that the YECMM will take place at Happy River at 19:30 on Saturday, September 20. It is located near the old city of Bilbao, which makes it the perfect place to spend this great evening with your colleagues. Dinner tickets are available at the price of:
- Registered YECMM € 5,- incl. 21% VAT
- Non-registered YECMM (people below 40 who did not register) € 20,- incl. 21% VAT
- Anyone else € 50,- incl. 21% VAT
Happy River

How can you reach Happy River? It’s very easy to get there by Eusko Tram. TIMM delegates can travel for free by simply showing their name badge. The congress venue, Euskalduna, has its own stop. Just take the tram to Arriaga, where Happy River is located. You can verify the route here: Google Maps route.
Congress dinner
We are pleased to announce the congres dinner will take place at the Guggenheim Museum on Sunday 21 September. Located in the middle of Bilbao, a perfect place to have a great evening with your colleagues. Dinner tickets are available at the price of € 110,- incl. 21% VAT.
Private guided tour
You can also purchase a ticket for a private guided tour before dinner begins. Tickets are €15, including 21% VAT, and there are 200 tickets available. The guided tour will take you through the museum in groups of 20 people.

How can you reach the Guggenheim Museum? It’s very easy to get there by Eusko Tram or on foot. TIMM delegates can travel for free by simply showing their name badge. The congress venue, Euskalduna, has its own stop. Just take the tram to the Guggenheim, which is only one stop away, highlighting how close the museum is to the congress venue.
