Registration

Conditions:
* Members of affiliated societies of ECMM are entitled to register for the ECMM – members rate.
** Physicians/scientists in training have to provide a written certification by the head of department.
*** Emerging Economy Rate is applied to individuals (no group registrations) from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank
listing available at the website of the World Bank.

What is included in the registration fee?
Admission to the meeting, welcome reception, certificate of attendance, 2 lunches and all coffee breaks.

Italian participants
Please note that any organisations wishing to sponsor the participation of Italian doctors must present their applications through our officially appointed agency at least 70 DAYS prior the beginning of the meeting (LAST DEADLINE IS 60 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNNG OF THE MEETING) , who will forward them to the Italian Health Ministry.The agent’s details are:

Group registrations
Group registration is available for groups of 5 participants or more. send an e-mail to timm@congresscare.com fore more information about the posibilities for a group registration.

Registration & payment
Individual registrations can be paid by creditard (American Express, Mastercard, Visa).
Group registrations can be paid by invoice or by credit card.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 June 2025 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs.
After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.
A name change can be made at no cost, please send an e-mail to the congress secretariat timm@congresscare.com

Press registration
Press registration is possible and includes all privileges of regular registration. Only accredited journalists or reporters, writers or editors with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, radio or TV station, wire service, syndicate or other news organization may register and receive a press badge. Journalists / reporters must send their press ID to timm@congresscare.com. Freelancers must present proof from a news organization that assigned them to cover the meeting.

A refused visa application is no reason for a refund.
