How can I register?: Visit this website and click on the registration button. You will then immediately enter the online registration module. Go through the various steps and you will receive an automatic confirmation of registration. The secretariat will send you the final confirmation after checking your registration.
Can I register multiple people at the same time?: You can send a request to register a group of 5 or more people to registrations@congresscare.com.
Until when can I register?: You can register online up to one day prior to the conference.

Please note, registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis and full is full.

How can I book a hotel stay?: You can book your hotel stay when you register via the online registration module. These rooms can be booked based on: availability.
Can I book a double room?: This is also possible via the online registration module. Please note: you pay the entire amount of the hotel reservation. You will not receive a split bill. The participant with whom the room is shared does not have to book a hotel stay during their own registration.

How can I make a change to my registration?: You can request a change to your registration via registrations@congresscare.com. You cannot change your registration online yourself.
Can I cancel my registration?: You can only cancel your registration in writing by sending an email to registrations@congresscare.com. You will receive written confirmation of this. The cancellation conditions can be found on this website.

What payment options are there?: You can only pay in the online registration module by issuing a one-time direct debit authorization or via iDeal.
Can I also pay by bank?: With a group registration, payment is made via one invoice per group.

Is accreditation being applied for?: On this website you can find out for which associations accreditation has been requested and which points have already been awarded.
How do I get these points in my personal file in GAIA?: After the conference, the conference secretariat will award the accreditation points in your personal file within two weeks, if the association is included in GAIA.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?: You will receive a certificate of participation by email within two weeks after the conference.
